Even that old man? Every part of the nation faces the epidemic of vandals. Bridges no longer rails. Rails tracks at cut and removed. Street lights are removed everyday. This is painful. Public properties are not safe nationwide. Hopefully they can be held to account for the equipment stolen and make to pay everything in full. That old man looks like the truck driver.
