Exactly one year ago, I, Hon. Lukman Kayode Mudashiru Alani, stood before you as the newly elected Member of the House of Representatives representing Ayedire/Iwo/Olaoluwa Federal Constituency. Today, as we mark this milestone, I am filled with a profound sense of gratitude and responsibility for the privilege of serving as your representative.

Reflecting on the journey from the campaign trail to this moment, I am reminded of the immense faith and trust you placed in me. Your unwavering support and belief in my vision of impactful representation and positive change for our federal constituency have been the driving force behind every decision and action I have taken.

I am deeply honored and humbled by the trust you have bestowed upon me. Let me assure you that I do not and will not take this mandate for granted. Your confidence in me fuels my commitment to serving you diligently and effectively.

In the past year, we have achieved significant milestones together. Within my first 100 days in office, we rolled out impactful programs and interventions aimed at improving the lives of our constituents. From empowering individuals in the fish farming business to providing business grants and support to our youth and women, every initiative was designed to uplift and empower our community.

Furthermore, we have not forgotten the most vulnerable among us. I am proud to report that within the same period, we extended our support to people with disabilities in Iwo, Ayedire, and Ola-Oluwa local governments, as well as to orphanages in Iwoland. These actions underscore our commitment to leaving no one behind in our pursuit of progress and development.

In addition to our local initiatives, I have been actively engaged in legislative duties at the national level. I have sponsored and co-sponsored bills, moved motions, and advocated for the interests of our constituency. From education to infrastructure, human rights to environmental protection, our legislative efforts are aimed at addressing the pressing needs of our people and promoting their well-being.

As we celebrate this milestone, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the constituents of Ayedire/Iwo/Olaoluwa Federal Constituency for their trust in the leadership of Governor Ademola Adeleke. Together, we have demonstrated our commitment to progress and prosperity.

Looking ahead, I am optimistic about the future of our federal constituency. I am confident that with your continued cooperation and support, we will overcome challenges and achieve even greater heights. Let us recommit ourselves to building a better and more prosperous Ayiwola, where every individual can thrive and flourish.
