One of the great tragedies of mankind is to assume to know something that we are ignorant of instead of seeking to know. Worse still is trying to teach what we don’t know, in which we mess our self up. A look at what frosbel wrote about anointing is a clear indication that he lack understanding about anointing. If he knew the meaning of anointing he won’t say what he said.

By anointing we refer to GOD’S unction or enablement.GOD'S presence on an individual. Anointing can be from GOD or from satan. Anointing is in measures and that is why you get different result from different ministers of GOD. To deny that there is no special anointing is to deny.1Corinthains_12:28  “And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healing, helps, governments, diversities of tongues. “Ephesians 4:11 “And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;”

Not every body is operating under the five fold ministries unless frosbel could prove otherwise. Each of the five fold gift in the church goes with different anointing as the anointing released to each is based on the assignment given to each. Each operates in different offices even though one can manifest the whole gifts.
To deny that there is nothing like special anointing is operating with the spirit of Korah. See Numbers 16:2 “And they rose up before Moses, with certain of the children of Israel, two hundred and fifty princes of the assembly, famous in the congregation, men of renown .Numbers 16:3  And they gathered themselves together against Moses and against Aaron, and said unto them, Ye take too much upon you, seeing all the congregation are holy, every one of them, and the LORD is among them: wherefore then lift ye up yourselves above the congregation of the LORD?
Look at verse 3 of the above chapter. Korah and his group gathered against Moses claiming that every one is equal before GOD. GOD punished Korah and his group for their action, so be careful or you perish like Korah and his group.

To summaries the above point, the anointing GOD releases is based on the assignment given to each. The anointing GOD gives to a deliverance minister cannot be equal to the anointing HE may give you that is not in full time service that don’t have time to stay in GOD’S presence in prayer and fasting. That is, GOD cannot lavish on you the same level of anointing the same way HE anoint HIS prophets unless frosbel could prove otherwise

Moreover, anointing is a function of your spirituality. That is a man that is not spiritual (carnal) cannot boast of equal anointing with one the one that is highly spiritual. Are you spiritual enough to boast of equal anointing with your pastor, so frosbel explain?
Again anointing or special anointing as frosbel may call it is generated or increased or decreased by the quality time one spends in the presence of GOD. What amount of time do you spend before GOD in prayer and fasting in addition to studying the Bible? Look at what happened in Exodus 24:  18 “And Moses went into the midst of the cloud, and gat him up into the mount: and Moses was in the mount forty days and forty nights.”
Exodus 34:28- 35 ¶ And he was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights; he did neither eat bread, nor drink water. And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the Ten Commandments.
  And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses' hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses wist not that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him.
  And when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone; and they were afraid to come nigh him.
  And Moses called unto them; and Aaron and all the rulers of the congregation returned unto him: and Moses talked with them.
  And afterward all the children of Israel came nigh: and he gave them in commandment all that the LORD had spoken with him in Mount Sinai.
  And till Moses had done speaking with them, he put a Vail on his face.
  But when Moses went in before the LORD to speak with him, he took the Vail off, until he came out. And he came out, and spake unto the children of Israel that which he was commanded.
And the children of Israel saw the face of Moses that the skin of Moses' face shone: and Moses put the Vail upon his face again, until he went in to speak with him.

There are many things to say about special anointing that frosbel are ignorant of. I am sorry to say this; frosbel seems to be a spiritual rebel. He doesn’t attend any church and doesn’t recognize any pastor. For that, be very careful about him as the devil is manipulating him, using him to deceive people. .
2Ch 20:20  And they rose early in the morning, and went forth into the wilderness of Tekoa: and as they went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.

Anointing is in measures as GOD anoints or special anointing to different people in a special way. Even among ministers of GOD the anointing they carry is not the same how much more you that is a lay person in the church for frosbel to poison your mind not to recognize SPECIAL ANOINTING that your pastor carries.
GOD’S CALLING; For frosbel to deny that there is nothing like GOD’S calling is not but a deceit. Please see Jeremiah 1:4 “Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
Jeremiah 1:5  Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. “ See also the call of Moses in Exodus 3:1-10 .
In the church, people are given special assignment and each assignment goes with special anointing to be able to carry out the assignment. Ephesians 4:11 “And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;”

There are many who are called but refuse  to obey the calling, while there are many who are not called but went on there own. Those who are genuinely called, believe you me are enjoying special anointing so don’t allow frosbel or anybody to deceive you.

I think the problem with this is that some have not been able to differentiate between the general anointing or general call an election and the special endowment of ability for a specific asdignment. There is one holy spirit but he has different  and graces .

Secondly we are all called into christ but certain people are called into certain specific office . These are anointed to be  over the congregation as leaders and rulers . Men in position of spiritual authority.

We all have equality  before God, we have equal righteousness, salvation etc. But we must recognise spiritual authority.
