So, my wife told me that a basket of Tomatoes that was sold for ₦42,000 two weeks back when she visited the market, was sold for ₦15,000 on Friday when she went to the same market.
Are there other food items that have witnessed a drastic drop in prices

Very possible. We Produce so much staple we shud never have to buy things too high. I think Government should push for an alternative to Rice. We have grown so dependent on it to the extent we now use it as a yardstick to guage economic growth.
