Something is fundamentally wrong with the rate at which planes, choppers and jets crash in America these days. It is either a software problem or their personnel training is halfbaked and substandard.

It has to do with personal training and selection.

Things like this are bound to happen when they decide to employ and train people base on their pronouns, gender confusion and sexual preferences (lgbtq) instead of qualification.
