Hello, I want to travel to do my postgraduate program abroad. My travel time is around late September to early October but my pop is in November. Does anyone pls know anyway that I would be able to leave earlier but still receive my certificate?

Why do you guys like casting yourselves. This kind of things are usually done codedly between the actual stakeholders, it's not something to be brought online for all to see
