It took me less than 1minute to read this news posted, and the news does not in any way even allege that anything criminal has occurred.

Infact, it implied that Ningi has raised a false alarm over a non existent parallel budget that only exist in the imagination of Ningi.

Onigbinde also clearly states that non-granularity of budget allocations is not a today case.

Onigbinde concluded that such non-granularity poses a transparency issue that could be better addressed, and if looking from that angle and considering that the MDAs budget component of the total N28T is N25T while the Government Enterprises Budget component is about N2T, that could together account for the N3.7T that Ningi has been shouting about.

Simple put, Ningi's outcry is due to poor understanding and ignorance.

A whole storm in a tea cup due to poor comprehension, while still not ruling out dementia and political mischief.
How on earth can you claim that an issue that boarders on transparency is not important? This is ridiculous to say the least.

It's shocking! And some people who are graduates are falling for it. Imagine that a graduate doesn't understand what padding is?

If you don't know what padding is, what were you looking for in the news?
Imagine getting 10billion for buying fridges 😂 or 100billion for renovation of a church mehn this country needs a violent reboot honestly

Concerns about the lack of detailed project breakdowns for a significant portion of the N28.78 trillion budget. He specifically highlighted an absence of granular information regarding N3.7 trillion, “These are transparent issues and if you put all these together, that is around N3.5trn to N3.7trn.

“In the current budget, the National Assembly gave a very broad summary of its allocations but there are no detailed allocations.

Yet, they want to hang Senator Ningi for speaking the truth!

This country must change if the people will survive this roundly corrupt government.
