Most of these Iron-condemned scavengers are abokeys.

State governors should ban Iron-scavenging by private persons. Let the Ministry of environment create a 'recycling agency' with regulated workers who would go out to pick Iron scraps and buyers who are also duly registered..

It is time to regulate the recycling of Metals and push criminal vandals out of business.
