I’m surprised you can’t see the effort of some corrupt elements within the CBN hierarchy trying to frustrate the investigation going on. That’s why the federal government is working on firing all the directors that worked with Emefiele… their concerns bother around privacy and information governance. Nigerians must learn to pay professionals their true worth. I have seen a case where an engineer spent just 2 minutes to fix a problem and he demanded for 10k. The client was arguing that how many minutes did he spend on the job, He was a professional for crying out and he charged what he considered commensurate.

The risk to his life and that of his children and his staff should be considered too. I would not mind paying 2 billion to block a leakage or recover 200 billion.
