Apart from Tukur Mamu, there's no single name of a person, BDC, or a firm.

How about ex-governors, senators, ministers and other top government officials?

The NFIU doesn't know the real meaning of "financer." Mamu and those who were covertly described, without naming them in the stories, were a mere accountant, cashiers, treasurers, funds collectors and dispatchers. Of course, they're terrorists, but not the ones financing it.
