Now the probably cause of attack. The only country who wished to and are ready to carryout attack inside Russia because of their current war is Ukraine. Infact America deputy secretary of state Victoria Nuland late last month told the world that Russia and Putin should be ready for some nasty surprise.

Clearly ISIS have no incentive to attack Russia.
Everyone knew that the attack was planned and carried out by both NATO (America) and Ukraine. they already told us that they will do this.
It is now left for Russia to investigate and respond accordingly.

And damned international rules, because NATO does not play by international rule.


This particular attack is as clear as the attack on nordstream 2 pipeline. Everyone knew the attacker to be America and yet no one could say it out.
