in the past we have accepted acceptance statements from terrorist groups like ISIS, AL Shabaab, Boko haram, Al qaeda etc. What difference does it make now since ISIS have since accepted they carried out the attack. Isis is know for recruiting people via social media and enticing them with money. And russia is an enemy to isis since the syria civil war.
