Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State, has said children’s literacy and numeracy rates in the State are now at 70 percent, and at par with their peers in Europe and Asia.

Good development. But most public schools in rural part of Edo State are begging for attention. The 70% literacy and numeracy level must be a product of private education. I am not sure if the Edobest is actually achieving the intended.
