Plus every country is different with different laws.
Even here in the US, Trump with all his charges is still allowed to run for office.
Even if convicted he can still run for office. this is what the US Constitution says:

You can even be a convicted criminal in prison and still for the office of the Presidency in the US. Trump is going to be a test case.
