Nigerian entrepreneur Gideon Adepoju Olomide, CEO and founder of Zone Music, has found himself at the center of controversy after being arrested and allegedly mistreated in Kenya. The incident has sparked outrage and calls for justice as a video of his ordeal circulates widely on social media.

Olomide, who is in Kenya legally, was reportedly taken into custody by authorities who claimed they needed to check his papers. However, according to Olomide, his documents were in order, and he was compliant throughout the process. In the video, he can be heard pleading with officials while expressing his shock and dismay at the treatment he was receiving.

"Look at what they are doing to me," Olomide is heard saying in the footage. "They came to my house, said they wanted to check my papers. I showed them, and my papers are okay. They said I should come to the AU House, and I am here. They are asking for a ransom I don't have, saying I should leave the country. They claim it's the law, but I am in Kenya legally."

Nobody has regards for Nigeria and Nigérians anywhere in the world. It's quite unfortunate.

When similar thing was meted to Nnamdi kanu...some people were happy.

See am,no country in Africa has respect for our citizens not even our brother from Ghana.

Irrespective of his tribe...he is a Nigerian and should be treated with respect and decorum.

Yoruba and Igbo are the problem of Nigeria outside Nigeria,it is very hard to see or hear from other Nigerians outside handling this way.

Imagine a country like Kenya, same black Africa country,, this tribes mentioned are the problem of Nigeria home and away.

It has been proven beyond reasonable doubt, prayer doesn't work. Humans have a brain for a reason
