Anambra should stop patronizing local contractors. They are not competent enough.

Look at the dirty work! 🤮

Always celebrating mediocrity in this part of the world. It is not about Anambra, that's my state. It's about Nigeria and Nigerians as a whole. Our standards of governance and perception of what sustainable development and governance should be, are terribly low.

Just like the jagabandits hates Aregbosola for being the only man with guts in the south west to tell Tinubu the hard truth of his life.

Thank God the man doesn't even need any thing from that drug baron.

Exactly. What Chief Alex Oti is doing in Abia is Functional development, while what our Prof is doing with Anambra is Aesthetic development. Not to discredit him though, at all at all he did something sha.

If the state government doesn't provide a dumpster for the people to dispose off their waste they would still turn the fountain to a dumping site.

this is the comment i was looking for. it is just a matter of time before that place go back to how it was. i hope be has a good adviser that will tell him the right thing and kudos to him. he is still better than Dapo Abiodun. na oloriburuku governor be that Dapo

Europe is just child's play

Do Europeans celebrate a water fountain while their houses are not supplied with pipe borne water?

Is this how we show our smartness

Commendable

But the state still need to work seriously on waste management. It will be an eyesore if this is turned to something else within a short period

Waste management built on sensitisation and enlightenment via free education of all children in schools with adequate teachers and other staff as well as enough classrooms, libraries, labs and playgrounds.

Soludo is one of the few sane igbos I can vote as President, same as Ngozi Okonjo-iweala and Dave Umahi. Not Obi who doesnt have any meaningful achievement as Governor.
