That's how he built Lagos. The debts keep increasing. It is an indication that the spending of the borrowed money has no economic viability. If the projects built with the loans are prudently executed, the debts will be decreasing instead of increasing. This is why I didn't celebrate Ebonyi in 2019 and 2020 when social media influencers hyped the man. Today, I am proven right as the airport is not functioning. 3 Likes |

I guess the more industrialized a state is, the more debt they tend to own/have America has a heavier debt profile than Nigeria and we all know which of the two countries is the biggest So for this, Lagos 🔥🔥🔥🔥 |

EmperorCaesar:The larger the economy, the more debt they re likely to have but its not the case in every scenario. As you can see on the list, the economies of Ekiti, Bauchi and Enugu and corssriver are much smaller than that of Delta, Rivers, Oyo and Abia. While that of Lagos is justifiable based on GDP/debt ratio, Enugu, Ekiti, crossriver and Bauchi are doing something wrongly. 2 Likes |
