You can have land the size of China, if it contains nothing, you have nothing. Lagos is the smallest State in Nigeria but the structures there is most probably more than the structures in the entire North West that has the largest land mass in Nigeria

Modern agriculture needs a lot lands. I agree that SE can feed Nigeria if the lands are properly utilised.

Take away Lagos from South West, and they will be fighting with the North for the 4th, 5th or last position.
