 tho badagry is still part of Lagos but the ancient people of badagry will refer to Lagos as lagos and badagry as badagry, as far back as the colonial era.Same with the people of Epe who had bitter experience with the British in Eko. Epe is Ijebu while Eko was Awori/their colonial Lords. |
