Going By This Analysis; We Can Clearly Calculate The Cost Analysis of Amount of Maize And Soyabeans That Is Always Needed in Producing 25 KG of Chicken Feeds.



For Maize;

To Know The Amount of KG of Maize That Will Be Needed In Producing 25KG of Balanced Chicken Feeds:

We Say:

25 KG × 40/100 = 10 Kg





For Soybeans;


To Know The Amount of KG of Soybeans That Will Be Needed In Producing 25KG of Balanced Chicken Feeds:

We Say:

25 KG × 30/100 = 7.5 Kg

10 KG of Maize Is Needed To Produce 25 KG of Chicken Feeds.

Now Using Upper Price Limit; 1 Tonne of Maize is 700,000 Naira.

That is 1,000 KG of Maize = 1 Tonne = 700,000 Naira


Assuming The Price of 10 KG of Maize To Be "x"

So, 10 KG of Maize =

10KG = x Naira

1,000 KG = 700,000 Naira




After Cross Multiplying, We Have:


700,000 × 10 = 1,000 × (x)



x = 7000,000 ÷ 1,000 =7,000 Naira.



So, The Cost of 10 KG of Maize That Will Be Utilized To Produce Your 25 KG of Chicken Feeds is Presently Costed At 7,000 Naira.

7.5 KG of Soybeans Is Needed To Produce 25 KG of Chicken Feeds.


7.5KG of Soybeans is Needed To Produce 25 KG of Chicken Feeds Too.



Now Using Upper Price Limit; 1 Tonne of Maize is 680,000 Naira.

That is 1,000 KG of Maize = 1 Tonne = 680,000 Naira


Assuming The Price of 7.4 KG of Maize To Be "y"

So, 10 KG of Maize =

10KG = y Naira

1,000 KG = 680,000 Naira




After Cross Multiplying, We Have:


680,000 × 7.5 = 1,000 × (y)



y = 5,100,000 ÷ 1,000 = 5,100 Naira.



So, The Cost of 7.5 KG of Soybeans That Will Be Utilized To Produce Your 25 KG of Chicken Feeds is Presently Costed At 5,100 Naira
