By the time Tinubu finishes his tenure he would have turned FCT around for better.

Wike deserves any money he is getting. That man is God sent to Abuja. Projects that have been abandoned for over 10 years have come back alive, every part of the city now na construction equipments left, right and center.

We all know that half of the money will be embezzled by our government officials.

1.1 trillion naira for [b]Federal Capital Territory that is pretty much developed.[/b]What is Wike going to spend 1.1 trillion Naira on in one year?

There are other states and other sectors that need that money much more than the FCT.
The Ministry of Science and Technology in the whole of Nigeria has a budget less than 100 billion naira.
Ekiti State has a budget of just 159 billion naira for 2024. Almost the same amount Wike was given for personnel costs.

Tinubu has just handed Wike a settlement package for the role he played in 2023 and given him more money to prepare for 2027.

The same way he settled his son-in-law with FHA and 126 billion naira. He has been settling all his cronies since he took office.

We all know Tinubu is the grandfather of corruption in Nigerian politics but he should spend Nigeria's money as if there's tomorrow.

Tinubu picked Wike to transform FCT...not just to win it. In the process of development though, he might just win the hearts of the people. Diaspora Housing Scheme is coming to ABUJA soon....and trust me, we will vote massively for our President if they can pull it off. This goes to show that our politicians are united in mindless looting. And a lot of comments shows how docile and dumb the citizens are. Just compare the figures of 2023 and 2024 below.

Out of the amount, N78.13 billion was for personnel cost and N122.51 billion was allocated for overhead costs; while the balance of N379.04 billion is for capital projects; for the financial year commencing from January 1 and ending on December 31, 2023.

Out of the sum, N140.915 billion is for personnel costs, while the sum of N373.027 billion is for overhead costs, and the balance of N768.328 billion is for capital projects for the service of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

No one is calling attention to the grand ballooning of the budget which surpasses even the federal budget in terms of ratios. Instead, they are all praising a thief who just got license to steal the common patrimony as much as he wants.
Nigerians, especially these govt zombies are the worst set of characters on the face of the earth.
