CHILD MULTIDIMENSIONAL POVERTY 2022

South West has the least Child Poverty at 65.1% and North East has the most at 91.2%

South West: 65.1%
South East: 74.0%
South South: 81.2%
North Central: 84.3%
North West: 90.7%
North East: 91.2%

65 in every 100 Children in South West are multidimensionally poor — 2.55 million Children.

South East: 74 in 100 — 1.74 million children.

South South: 81 in 100 — 2.76 million children.

North Central: 84 in 100 — 3.49 million children.

North West: 91 in 100 — 8.68 million children.

North East: 91 in 100 — 3.64 million children.

Abia and Anambra are doing well in childhood poverty Reduction.

Imo has no business being over 55%. If not for mismanagement by leadership.

Enugu and Ebonyi needs serious intervention.

Edo has one of the lowest in Nigeria but our sister states who are oil rich in the South South are dragging us back in all indices. It's sad and it's a shame.
