Many Nigerians are apparently guilty of the act of spraying money, especially in occasions either to impress the crowd or celebrate a particular figure in parties. Therefore if anything will change, let there be a town cry warning first, before picking a scape goat. Meanwhile it is inevitable to see likes of Davido, Wizkid and Cubana priest and many many others among celebrities spraying money without any civil arrest following tomorrow.

There’s nothing unfair here. It’s someone who wrote a petition against Bobrisky, the law doesn’t work on its own, someone needs to stir it up. In other words, if no one writes a petition against any other person that does the same act, then those other people can’t be held responsible for their actions
