am developing one since last year , keep close to 5m if u want to taste something closer to konga not to talk of jumia

dump script u will regret it

u can contact me , i can give u code base ur developer can use to minimize cost

note u cant host it on shared hosting , vps or dedicated

It's not free it took me months to build it for a clients e-commerce site. I can build it for him too at a cost
