JOB DESCRIPTION
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
Typing, filling, preparing and collating reports
Organizing and servicing meetings
Managing data base and prioritizing work load
Implementing new procedures and administrative system
Liaising with relevant organization and clients
Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
Logging or processing bills or expenses
Requirement

WORK EXPERIENCE
Working experience as a secretary in a reputable company with minimum of 2 years’ experience
First Degree or equivalent in Secretariat Studies, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or any related fields
Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in a hospital environment will be an added advantage
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
