Good one, we have 774 local government in Nigeria with average of 15 communities each (774*15) which is about 11,610 boreholes . Yes that guarantee some votes especially from people who live closed to where the boreholes are installed and will cause rancor in some communities and hatred towards the Obidients. Now let look at average cost of a borehole of N700,000 for about 11,610 communities (11,610*700,000) which gives N8,127,000,000. Oya start the project

1. Build your party.
2. Develop a strong political structure.
3. Create a national data system for all your supporters.
4. Register new members into your party.
5. Create PO liason and media centres in every state.
6. Stretch it out to all local government areas and wards.
7. Begin the process of recruiting volunteers who would stand as reliable party agents for future elections.

All these emotion-driven moves don't win elections. Soon it will fade off and no one would remember boreholes were ever sited in communities. Na strategy dey win election, nor be gragra move.
