Must he have been drilling boreholes before now? If he has not been drilling boreholes and he is doing other things, is it a crime to start now? Or you wish to show me a section of the constitution he breached for now drilling boreholes. You're just been bitter and angry about his person and nothing more. Are you the one to teach them how to spend their hard earned money? Have they told you that they are bankrupt? MAny of these obidients are not average people but people with affluence and regular inflow of income. Some are not even resident in Nigeria. I will advise you face the economy problem you're battling with rather than poking your nose on issue bigger than your brain.
Besides, which of the economy and infrastructure are you talking about?
