yes.. Plenty sef.... Visit kainji or Jebba-north... Mongo park body couldn't be found so they built a monument for him instead.... If one dies while swimming or some people do jump from d bridge, one of my juniors back then went to swim and he drowned... They'll advice you to bury them at d bank or close to d river...

yes...its an age long tradition... If u r travelling past Niger state and u get to Niger bridge be observant, you'll see it from d bridge sef... So it's tradition and it's a must

Though you sympathized with the family, please use your good office to abolish the traditional rites of paying so much for a death in waterways that made the family not to be able to bring the remains of their loved ones back for final rites and had to succumb burying her beside the water she died.
