Reporting Manager: Sales Manager

Location: Borno/Adamawa/Yobe

Years of Experience: 2 to 6 years

Language: understand and speak local language( Hausa)

Summary of Position/ Job Purpose

A field sales executive who would sell and distribute all company’s products, build business by identifying and selling prospects, maintains relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential customers in the assigned segments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for business also provide product knowledge and technical support to customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Ensure availability of stock within distributor outlets.

• Negotiate and close deals using solid arguments.
• Providing all relevant competitor activities/information within the markets on pricing, new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques.

• Maintaining and expanding the client base in your territory
• And any other duties/task that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication ( spoken and understanding of local language is preferred) and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as a part of a team.
• Knowledge of technology (e-mails, MS-office skills)
