I know you want to generalise because maybe 0.5% of the tribes in Nigeria does that doesn't mean we all do that. Most times, it's even people who are not the owner of these pets that steal or hunt them to eat, not the owners.

Thanks to civilization and this generation is good in that

People from the past generation that grew up in the village will always have other perspectives . Everything is meat . I’ve seen multiple incidents that’s why I’m saying it . Never eaten any of my pet tho . I bury them when they die
