Cubana Chief Priest Arrives Court For Arraignment Over Naira Abuse by Thissystem: 9:35am On Apr 17
Nightlife entrepreneur, Okechukwu Paschal, also known as Cubana Chief Priest, has arrived the Federal High Court in Lagos for his trial.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, had accused Cubana Chiest Priest of naira abuse.

He was driven to the court around 8:45 am on Wednesday by EFCC operatives with armed police escorts.

On Tuesday, EFCC filed a three-count charge against the social media celebrity.

A copy of the document filed on April 4th by EFFC’s prosecutor Rotimi Oyedepo, SAN alongside seven other lawyers representing the chairman of the Commission read:

“That you, Okechukwu Pascal on 13th Feb. 2024, at Eko Hotel, within the jurisdiction of the court, while dancing during a social event, tampered with funds in the denomination of N500 (Five Hundred Naira) issued by the Central Bank of Nigeria by spraying same for two hours, and you thereby committed an offence, contrary to and punishable under Section 21(1) of the Central Bank Act 2007.”

“That you Okechukwu Pascal sometime in 2020, in Lagos during a social event, tampered with funds in the denomination of N500 (Five Hundred Naira) issued by the Central Bank of Nigeria by spraying same for two hours, and you thereby committed an offence, contrary to and punishable under Section 21(1) of the Central Bank Act 2007.”

“That you Okechukwu Pascal sometime in January 2024, in Lagos during a social event, tampered with funds in the denomination of N500 (Five Hundred Naira) issued by the Central Bank of Nigeria by spraying same and you thereby committed an offence, contrary to and punishable under Section 21(1) of the Central Bank Act 2007.”

EFCC have now left their job of going after criminal politicians that loot the country to now Nigerians spraying money at events. They should also arrest otedola, adenuga, Abdul rasaki okoya, k1 ultimate etc for spraying monies at recent events on video otherwise everyone will know it’s the same wailing and campaign of bitterness against igbos from the usual Agbado failures that’s still going on…some shameless ones are now giving the trans gender gay male bobrisky who indulge in disgusting anal sex as an example of impartiality…smh…I will not be proud as a person to identify someone like bobrisky as my own for comparison purposes..I remember he called himself a prostitute to mompha then…spits
