Thank God the president handling this is from the west. A certain Ebele Jonathan was recently a president xclose to 6 years n never had this type of intuition. When we tell you Igbos how smart Tinubu is you also start saying he is a drug lord, he de weewee n poopoo for body. I will take any one wey de weepoo but as the intuition of Tinubu any time anyway over a Pandora bastard n criminal in Peter Pandora Obi. Phantom233: |

viraleye:Thank God! After decades of holding down the development of those two Lagos ports because some unpatriotic elements think they can sabotage the Yoruba and Lagos state by tying down the progress of the port in order to build ports elsewhere to push commerce away from Lagos. It is so sad that this upgrade should have been done much earlier than now , rather humongous funds were diverted elsewhere to build multiple political ports that today are white elephant projects. This is a great lesson to others who think that it is through envy and slowing down the progress of those you hate that they can progress, it is not! Lagos ports are the best and should by now be competing with the best ports in the world but they frustrated the ports till they forced us to build our own private Lekki deep seaport before they realized that they need to upgrade those ports they almost killed with politics of hate , bigotry and unpatriotic decisions. God bless Lagos state and the Federal Republic of Nigeria for ever! Check my signature for free stuffs! |

May God punish this thief called Bello-Koko, $700m to maintain a Port that has been raking in revenue since day one? $700m? and they are going to talk to another financier for more loan to upgrade the Eastern ports of Onne, Port Harcourt, Warri and Calabar, this man must be sentenced to death asap. let it not look like the Eastern Ports are not mentioned for people not to make noise, how come you are always concentrating on the Ports in Lagos when there are other ports in the country that will increase revenue generation for other states, rather than jam packing everything in Lagos? why too much thieves and foolish people in authority in this country sef? enh. vessels hanging in Lagos outside bar causing demurrage, while if those vessels are channeled to the Ports in the eastern part of the country will create jobs opportunity for our youths who are roaming the streets causing mayhem menace to the society. well i don't blame that useless Bello-Koko, if the dunce from the South- South who call themselves Hon senators / MP who knows why they to the the senate, things like this will not happen in the first place, them fear pass anything and they were send to Abuja to represent people, rather they are representing themselves, family and Olosho. |

obrian888:You can go to Lagos' ports and stand in their way to stop their operations. We still have lekki port coming meaning 3 major ports in Lagos and SW. It's not our fault you guys in SE/SS are losers and have bad governors. Always complaining. You can't compare yourself with Lagos. |

Tunde835:Lagos doesn't have anything to offer Nigeria when it comes to natural resources. What you're seeing there is as a result of intentional marginalization of other regions by the evil forces that are selected by inec to rule this country. But time will tell , a certain governor from akwa ibom (victor Attah) once recounted how OBJ fought him cos he wanted to build an international airport in his state simply because the project had potential concept like MRO which was the first of it's kind in the country. |

Phantom233:Lagos doesn't have natural resources to offer Nigeria but is the richest state by far. You guys should start holding your governors accountable. Lagos has businesses, investment and MONEY to offer Nigeria. |

Phantom233: You forgot to take not of this portion "He noted that in order to finance the upgrade of the Eastern Ports, which include the Ports of Calabar, Warri, Onne, and Rivers, as well as the rehabilitation of the Escravos Breakwater, NPA had started talks with another financial organization.
