What type of lukewarm response is this?can u try this in civilized climes?fbi wants to arrest someone and a sitting elected official intercedes?when they finish with you,you wud be the one advising others not to interfere henceforth .

Don't blame him, his hands are tied by the law. Anyway it is good thing the governor helped Bello. His actions will speed up the call to remove the immunity clause from the constitution or maybe amend it.

Governor Usman Ododo directly and unfortunately abated crime and criminality. He blatantly disrespected the constitution he has sworn to uphold and defend.

Honesy, ododo action is very shameful and a disgrace to the state. It shows who is in charge. Honestly, as it appears now, Ododo has no total say in even his family matter talkless of state he govern.

Now is the perfect time to remove that useless immunity given to Ododo and other state governors. It's of no value to governance or the people. It only emboldens the criminals called governors to steal and obstruct the rule of law.

As much as I support that every corrupt individual should answer to the law, the efcc should not go overboard as to invite the military to intrude into the democratic space by having them force their way into the government house of a sitting governor in order to extradite GYB, if indeed that is where he is hiding. Once they cross that line, the consequences will not be suffered by GYB alone. It may even happen to a sitting governor next time under a different circumstance. In fact, the see-finish may touch the presidency at some point in the future.

Thread carefully efcc. Don't set a bad precedence.

This is one of the reason I always disagree with people who keep saying followership is our problem. The greatest problem of this country is leadership and the process of selecting leader is bad likewise we keep on getting bad leader.

My own concern is that, after he's finally arrested and brought to the court, won't the court still offer him a bail, whilst the case drag on for years until everyone forgets about it and it dies off?? After all the gra gra they did about Fayose, it's now more than 3 years and Fayose is cruising up and down.
Well, this former Governor's own cld be different. Many eyes from the State are kickin for his arrest. For not honoring Efcc, he'll see shege unless Tinubu stops dem
