helinues:You think the law should be thrashed because EFCC wants to interview someone? This was how EFCC did gra gra and shouted billion billion in Fayose's case and the case of a zillion other politicians. Till today, what happened to those cases? |

Owoicho4040: In other words, the lawyer meant to say that in Nigeria, a suspected criminal cannot be arrested by police until a court issues arrest warrant? Blues from a country where the laws catch only people who are unconnected to the ruling government. |

The most ridiculous thing is police declaration of Bello a wanted man. Who is fooling who in Nigeria? How could the police convince anyone that they don't know where to go to arrest Bello? |

Re: Court Order: It is Unconstitutional for EFCC to Arrest Yahaya Bello - Lawyer by Eriokanmi: 11:32am On Apr 20 |
Owoicho4040:Every lawyer must do their job by telling lies in defence of their clients. Na here we dey for naija wey yahaya bello's wife and cousin were caught with hard currency while in transit and were charged for money laundering. Maybe yahaya bello had stockpiled that stolen money to revive his moribund fair plus transport company which crashed immediately after he became governor. This is what you get when you pick bigotry over competence. Imagine faleke , a joint ticket holder being sidelined after the death of audu? That's how far bigotry can go. The yahaya bello of a guy had already moved on after he lost at the primary and joined the pdp, even working for their candidate. Nigeria can never move forward unless tribalism and religous bigotry are nipped in the bud. Sadly, every tribe is guilty of these |

onuman:Bello appointed Ododo for a reason to succeed him and the ododo of a man is already doing his best to shield him. He's the only one who knew about the stealing and can.cover up his loots. Amazingly, he can run but can't hide forever. |

Owoicho4040: If genuinely you are a Lawyer and you uphold and Defend the Law of the Land which you sworn an oat... You should be advicing your clients not to invade arrest... Public officer behaving like a tout... Shame |

Re: Court Order: It is Unconstitutional for EFCC to Arrest Yahaya Bello - Lawyer by onuman: 11:53am On Apr 20 |
Eriokanmi: APC and APPOINTMENT of State governors are like two sides of the same coin. The party is killing democracy in Nigeria. APC was voted out of office in 2019 but its INEC appointee, Mahmood Yakubu, used the roguish statement of "no existence of INEC Server" to dribble the judges. In 2023, APC was voted out but the same Mahmood Yakubu on seeing that APC was losing the election ordered for disruption of the system for electronic transmission/collation of vote results; went for the morribund and most untransparent manual transmission/collation of vote results, to declare APC candidate winner of the presidential election. |

Hmmmm,Nigeria our country,is unbelievable that someone will go to court to get court injunction stopping EFCC from arresting him, then criminals who have enrich them selves by stealing public fund will never get prosecuted. 1 Like |

Some of this lawyers are causing confusion in this country. In great nations like China,Vietnam ,Singapore etc,you cannot steal public fund and go get a court injunction to stop EFCC from arresting you,by now Yahaya Bello and his like would have been sentenced to death or executed for stealing public fund. |

onuman:Leave all of them. Karma is real. To move Nigeria forward is simple. But because same people want to keep milking Nigeria, they've decided to prevail in each election, using dubiously orchestrated means. Nigeria isn't taken seriously by the comity of nations anymore. But these criminals in government don't care. Many of them are on the usa and UK visa ban list. Yahaya bello can't step his feet on the American soil as I speak. I just pity those defending these criminals, SMH! 1 Like |

No constitutional reference to back up your claim. Under the rule of law, only a sitting governor has that right. He is no longer a sitting governor so he can still be bunk mate with BOB. If he likes, he should dress like woman and leave Nigeria. How can he have money more than the whole of my state treasury combined. He want to rule Nigeria so he can steal N800billion |
