You cannot be the biggest economy in Africa and have greater percentage of your population living in abject poverty without access to power, water, sanitation and basic necessities of life.

And as far as that goes, go and find out why MTN, a South African company present in 22 countries, has about one third of its market in one country - Nigeria.
