This is how they ended up becoming wasted. He must have been forewarned and must have called it bluff. Some of the kids born and bred here don't seem to value life opportunities bestowed upon them. Now that he's blown it, he's forever screwed. I feel sorry for the parents but hope they get over it. They must have tried their very best.
