Job Title: Lounge Officer
Location: Central Business District, Abuja

Compensation / Salary: 120k, 13th Month, Leave allowance, HMO and pension

The role holder will be responsible for;
1. This includes meet and greet, housekeeping, management of private banking external lines, and tracking of customer complaints made in the lounge for resolution.
2. Supervision of Private Banking Buildings - Lounge
3. Administrative staff management (Cleaners, Drivers) – This includes creation and adherence to work schedules to ensure the smooth running of all admin staff operations.
4. Shadow documentation keeping within the Private Bank Abuja – Documentation Management
5. Stocking and Management of Private Banking Lounge.
Role Specifications:

* 28 years age limit
* Smart, neat and tidy
* Well-spoken/articulate
