At what receiving end? You well so?

Umahi just accused Landmark of playing politics and I kinda agree with Dave. If not mental problem and crazy politics, how do you even lie about your own business simply because you want to paint the government bad?

This constant lies and propaganda is exactly why most don’t take people like that guy serious.

Let Lagos state govt tell how much he pays as tax, then we can generate the amount of investment made or capital used. No hiding place. It will further determine how much settlement he gets.

You have been making noise allniver social media with this lie.

Do you know that landmark land purchase from Oniru did not include the beach front he is now 2ailing about in any way ?

I await your response to provide further prove. I hope you know landmark fenced round his property even till this hour n he never paid a dime for any spot outside his fenced property.

U have destroyed the Igbo man business, u can go and rest now.

Nothing they will tell u to stop u performing that wicked act.

U have done it now, congrats, u also now have two roads, one in front and the new one at the back.

Original route was suppose to be the one in front but wickedness will not allow you pass front, without destroying the Igbo man business.

After u destroy the business then you rejoin the road in front.

White people better pass you evil blacks.

White will never do such to their fellow white or investment in their country.

Otherwise, Arabs wont be investing there. Even a yoruba man bought Gatwick airport there.

Is landmark father the owner of the beach ?
Have you been to Landmark before ? Did you not see he fenced round the property he bought from Oniru ? Did any part of his fenced property touched or did he pay for access to the see front to The FG Lagos or Oniru ?

We are even yet to talk about how an Igbo man will come n be charging Yorubas access to the sea God gave to them naturally. Do you igbos pay to access River Niger ?!

.
DMerciful:
The business is not the building, its the beach front. You know this but trying to justify a wicked targeted act.

If the road had followed the original plan, it would have been a win-win. This new route is more expensive besides the new route finally joined the old route just after landmark. Its just a targeted act

What is the purchasing power of Warri and what is their population and productivity to compare to Lagos?

Just like saying New York will die off, does that make sense to your head?

I have a simple question.

Why exactly do you not want them to embark on the road? If Buhari thinks like you, Lagos - Ibadan rail will not be completed today since he started and finished it.

you guys have been mentally damaged such that anything the government does, you start your propaganda of “They won’t finish in 5000 years” to save face.

This is the only time I’ve heard people crying that FG is moving too fast in building a road. First time I hear people saying government is wasting money for building roads.
Why are you so delusional?
Is it that you are brainwashed? And yet your brain is not clean enough to understand the concept of scale of preference?

In the midst of economic hardship and scarce resources, does it make any sense to even a lunatic that federal government is embarking on this project whereas there is an alternative road that can easily be fixed and modernised with lower cost.

I give up on black man. No wonder, all the smart people in that shit hole continent have migrated to Europe.

Next time, when you want to be delusional like this, pity the future of your children.
Re: See The Supposedly $200m Landmark Beach Investment That Got Demolished by Gajagojo: 4:22am On May 02
The simple truth is that coastlines are of national strategic and security interest.
The Federal government must me able to control the coasts . If he supreme court has ruled on this
!Even state government cannot build anything on the coast without permission of the Federal Government.

The question then is who sold on he land?

He will not get any settlement never the land belongs to the Federal government. The entire coast of Nigeria 250 metres inland is Federal Government owned.

Did the Federal Government sell it to him?

Water corporation has always serve as the alternative road to the rolled Lekki epe express, and cannot be used an highway.

Besides, having a 10 lane highway on water corporation will hamper the ease of access to businesses backing the beach.

If u look at this picture, after destroying Landmark bsuiness because he is Igbo, they then rejoin the main route.

Now the same road is in front and at the back, where is that done.
Right of way for a trunk A road is 90m which will affect all the main buildings of landmark.
If the govt is considering realignment to only capture his tents, how is that destroying Igbo business?
If Seyi makinde can deploy same wisdom in Ibadan to avoid Demolishing the homes of poor people, Ibadan people won't be in a rage.

Lagos coastal road, fg coastal road side by side, does it make sense?

Tinubu will not be there forever!

Yes it makes sense. A super highway is not supposed to be used as service road.

That is the problem we keep making in our urban development.

Just like the Ikorodu Road and its dual service lane, that is how all highways passing through urban areas should be designed.

For example, the Lagos Ibadan Expressway. From the Sagamu interchange, there's supposed to be another service road running parallel to the highway.

This service road is a state road.

This is also noticeable on the Lagos Badagry express way. There should be a distinct service/state road different from the superhighway to limit disturbance to flow of traffic on the highway.

it seems it is useless to argue with Nigerians the best thing is just to allow them to enjoy what they want. when you try to make them see the realities on ground, it is usually heartbreaking seeing people defending wasteful spending by politicians and yet trying to paint them nice.
the contract has been awarded, those who go chop go chop, no use arguing with them. even if they like they can build another airport in lagos. it is all well and good. i no even get the energy to argue, better things dey to do, maybe you can argue with them sha.

Yes, another International Airport will be built in Lagos.

That is the Lekki International Airport.

The Airport will be linked to this coastal highway, and it will be bliss connecting to this Airport from Lagos Island.

Sand filling of the Eko Atlantic City is an ongoing project. There's always sand filling going on there everyday. When it will get to landmark is when I dont know but it will eventually get there.

It is when this sandfilling started that Landmark was able to implement some amusement installations on this their water front as it significantly cut down the tides.

Landmark is not the only beach on that axis that will be affected by this road.

You have never been to that axis, this is why you're making this all about landmark beach alone. All the beaches within that axis will be affected.

Same thing I just opined.

A lot of them just joined the bandwagon in shouting Landmark up and down. They are not familiar with the place.
