As long as they are meeting their repayment plans or able to restructure it if they don't, what exactly is the issue?
Who is meeting it? You mean government?

So you don't care it's getting more difficult as long we can repay let's keep borrowing and doing project that won't increase revenue but increase debt servicing and running cost

Government cannot sit down and fold their arms saying no more capital projects because they are currently servicing debts.

Your debt servicing is already over 90% of revenue if u add recurrent expenditure that's over 200%

You manage to get loan n you think the best way to invest it is none profitable infrastructure?
