Wow!!! Kabiyesi Awujale eventually got recognized nationally for his valiant role during the June 12 struggle.

He has set such a very high standard so high that his successors will struggle to attain and exceed. He was crowned the Awujale in 1960 at age 26 and has reigned since then till date bringing so much prosperity and progress to Ijebuland.

Congratulations Kabiyesi. This year's Ojude Oba will be special.

The Kabiyesi - Awujale deserves it,as the only Paramount Ruler - who stood firmly,while others were fidgeting during the dracula- Abacha Regime, saying it is big lie and,it turned out to be!

Go and check pictures of Tinubu's visit to Awujale, it was not visit if President to Kabiesi, it was a visit of close friends.

Also check the picture of Tinubu bowing down for Awujale despite the fact that Tinubu is a sitting President, he bowed down for the sitting King. Unlike Olusegun Obasanjo a former President who told Oyo Kings to stand up and greet him, the Vagabond would get multiple slaps if he tries that with Lagos Agbero Kings, can he Obasanjo even talk when Oba Rilwan Tupac Shakur Akiolu talks?
