What if they obtain their own order from federal high court on Monday? Most of you guys don't even know there was federal high court order on ground that barred the governor from interfering in their matter. The lawmakers have the backing of the Abuja, who own the court and security.

The case of Obaseki is different. Obaseki never inaugurated the assembly loyal to Oshoimole then. But for this one, Fubura inaugurated them. And when they defect, the PDP did not sue them so court can declare their seat vacant. It's only court that can declare their seat vacant and order inec to conduct election, not Fubura. As long as court has not declared their seat vacant, they remain lawmakers.
