Nah nonsense talk EFCC dey talk like illiterate. Let bank tell the customers. Can't efcc issue a no transaction on the account?

Can't they call the customer to come to their office because banks have all our contacts: address, email, phone numbers. Name it.

EFCC is run by thugs that don't know easy and modern ways of fighting crime.

But the bank also owe their customers the obligation to protect their privacy and inform them anything that's happening with regards to their accounts

Always looking for who to blame.

One day this APC government officials will blame God for not making them smart like the white man.

Very useless set of people.
White guys are never smarter than black guys. They only have access to technology that are collectively built and operated by both white and black guys. Such techniques and technology will never work in Africa, especially in Naija due to our myopic mindset in taking things extreme for destruction and setback.

Black people are winning awards and setting global records in technology, politics, academics, etc. But, in Africa (Nigeria as a case study), any milestones achieved by someone is another man’s hatred and envy.

BVAS and IREV in our last election failed woefully due to our manipulated human error. Such technology was actually meant to combat corruption and election malpractices, but the heart of an average black guy in Naija is desperately wicked with destruction.

Your monica indicates “Smartcitizen”, definitely you will do exploit when you have access to smart opportunities.

In conclusion, an average white guy is never smarter than a black guy.

The act is called Tipping-Off and is a very serious offense. Anyone caught engaging in it is as guilty as the person under investigation.

Banks make profit from the deposits and transactions of their customers.
Banks do not make profit from the investigations of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

The EFCC chairman is the architect of his own demise in this matter.

He is the biggest loud mouth when it comes to investigations....

So he should set example by shutting up his big bigoted mouth

In my jurisdiction, it’s a crime to contact a customer if you have any suspicion about their transaction. It’s called 'tipping off ' which is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment. Not to talk about informing a customer when they are under formal investigation. But anything goes in Naija.

To many crimes perpetrated by the organized sector. Especially from the financial angle. If not for the efcc . Who can tame them..
All manners of charges
Banks declaring billions of profit from people's hard earned money with little or nothing to show to the owners of the monies. Instead of an account growing steadily, it keeps reducing till it evaporates. Too too bad

It is foolishness because FOOLS like you like hearing all these useless excuses while the country is going down.

You were also comfortable when BUHARI and his useless idiots were given their own excuses as well.

Most of you are simply supporting nonsense and believing that things will bounce back miraculously.

You should have learned by now from BUHARI that wishful thinking and realities are two different things.

But how can people like you learn, when most of you are paid every month to think and write like idiots.

Enjoy your suffering and pretending in Nigeria.
