With regards to relevance, trends, availability of Jobs, entry level roles for newbies, which branch of tech is most suitable for a self taught?
I know there are different areas and branches in tech like:

1. Frontend 2. Backend 3. Full stack 4. DevOps 5. AI and Data Scientist 6. Data Analysis 7. Software Development 8. Blockchain 9. Quality Assurance testing 10. Cybersecurity 11. Technical Writing 12. UI/UX 13. Mobile Development, and the rest.

I currently work, but i want to acquire another skill for some personal reasons.
So with regards to the above conditions, which area would you suggest i delve into?

Tensazangetsu and others please assist.

I actually gave some conditions above... Interest is not an issue here. Job availability and and entry level roles for newbies are the major consideration. Some tech branches require people with sufficient experience.

I will advise you go into 3D or 2D animations the learning curve is very straightforward and you don't necessarily need to get employed before you earn , just have a strong portfolio. Jobs will come your way.

Frontend development, software development and UI/UX design are typically good starting points due to their abundance of resources and demand in the job market. You can go for one of them.

Also, you can use the skills you acquired in these areas in other branches of tech, allowing for versatility and career growth. So it's more like killing 2 birds with one stone.
