The Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Globacom, Mr. Mohammed Jameel, has said multiple taxation is a major problem facing the sector in Nigeria. He called on the Federal Government to publish a common code of conduct to govern the demand of the various tiers of government in order to stem the tide.
