Thanks to everyone that has aired their opinion on this matter. Let me set some record straight so that we can all understand the situation. 1. The lady got pregnant and gave birth years back when they were in their early twenties and he has been contributing to the upkeep of the child. 2. Now, they want him to marry the lady but he said he is not interested in marrying her because of reasons best known to him. 3. Other suitors are coming for her now and they are telling him that they won't give him his child because the lady is getting married to someone else. |

Karleb: Oh yes blame the women, punish them for the have committed an abomination?? That's how you want them to reason before they are just? In that culture children are a gift and can never to rejected. They are treasured by the family they were born into, and will always be loved.
