Electrical Engineering Or Industrial Mathematics? by ExcalibursWrath: 7:01am On May 16
I'm in great dilemma, I recently gained admission into university I chose Electrical Engineering but was given Industrial Mathematics. Now that I've been hearing some nice things about the course, I don't know if I should stay or leave.

Another variable to take into account, is that I want a course that will allow me to pursue a side hustle on the side, and I really don't know if studying Electrical Engineering will afford me this opportunity.

Please I need your inputs.

In my own opinion, if Electrical Engineering is available to you right now; go for that please.
And as you're schooling try to look out for students internship programmes in the following companies: Shell, Exon Mobil, Total Energies, Schlumbeger and Haliburton.
Who knowns, you might just end up in the oil and gas industry. That will give you both money and time for side hustle.

I admire your mentality.

If at any point, you in a side hustle while schooling... Reach out to me.
All the best...
