It could mean that he will disclose to the police his other accomplices who are still at large, his sponsors, and how he got access to guns and in return gets life imprisonment instead of the death penalty. However, the information obtained from him will help solve many security challenges in the country. Even Hushpuppy was granted a plea bargain to name his accomplices.
