Fubara Congratulates Sanusi On Reinstatement As 14th Emir Of Kano by okrote4real: 6:26pm On May 23

The Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara, has congratulated His Royal Highness, Muhammad Sanusi II on his reinstatement as the 14th Emir of Kano.

In a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Rivers State Governor, Nelson Chukwudi, on Thursday, Fubara also expressed excitement upon hearing the news of the reinstatement of former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor, Khalifa Sanusi II.

Fubara said the announcement also coincides with Sanusi’s visit to Rivers State, where he was supporting the administration’s efforts to reshape the state’s economic trajectory.

He noted that Sanusi’s reinstatement by the Kano State Government at this time shows that Muhammad Sanusi II’s dethronement on March 9, 2020, was against the wishes and aspirations of the people of Kano State.

Fubara said that act was “an unjust act to the millions of people who believed in his reign while on the revered throne”.

The Governor commended the Kano State Government for listening to the yearnings of the people, and acting to correct the wrongs of the past, and urged the people to give the Sarki of the ancient city of Kano the maximum support to succeed.

He also urged the spiritual leader of the Tijanniyah Sufi order of Nigeria, Emir Muhammad Sanusi II, to lead the over 50 million adherents of the Sufi order in Nigeria with love, wisdom and courage while bringing lasting peace, justice, equity and fairness to all in the city of Kano.

“I wish the 14th Emir of Kano a successful and fruitful reign that will bring progress and prosperity to the people of the State”, the Governor said.

Is that hard to pin down, all these are not in disconnection to the 2027 re-election. Sinusi meeting with Tinubu in France was for this purpose. He calls Tinubu his friend. He has been silent about the subsidy removal and the afterwards consequences because he is one of the proponent of it, same as dollars floating. Tinubu is called master strategist for these kind of moves , he started the journey of next election immediately after the last. But u will hardly know he is involved. He chose not to take side in wike and fabura issue because he will need who ever wins for the next election, Gaduje failed to deliver Kano so he has to align with Kwakoso line. A man that is said to be demented seem to be smarter than the so called......... Let me not loud it!
When someone said Yoruba and fulani are one , this is what he was referring to , it is just on a political matter and that is why any president will need the overwhelming supports of the two to emerg. This is of o the lessons the ronu people were saying Tinubu will teach his opponents.

I know this governor is too funny to get Serious and does it take anything from him to convey his messages Privately to Sanusi?
But he loves to be involved in noisy -
Politics, even in other States and you don't want others to intervene in Rivers,what a joke!
Anyway Sanusi Lamido, should just tell Nigerians what transpires in the down grading of the Banks like- Intercontinental Bank,Union Bank,and others- when he was Governor of CBN then!
-How those Banks were Acquired e g Access Bank was able to acquire the Intercontinental Bank - with Intercontinental Branches,all over the World and how did Access Bank paid back the Intercontinental- Loans, and what roles did the elite in the National Assembly played for a Bank like Intercontinental to be thrown down - in the more you look,the less you see Politics, because this is Nigeria.
-All Una did ,you must explain, because of using Politics to run Nigeria Economic affairs so it's not just to run into Tradition now!
-Sanusi should Explain to Nigerians - how a Small Bank( Access Bank - was Owing huge Loan to Intercontinental then) was able to Swallow the Big ( Intercontinental)one -in Nigeria or what feud were you People scoring?
