Another white elephant project, what's the distance from Port Harcourt to Aba or from Owerri to Aba. Otti should better concentrate on roads in Abia state and leave this airport of a thing. There are so many roads begging for attention in Abia. The one Umahi built in Ebonyi and that of Dapo Abiodun in Ogun haven't witnessed any commercial flight since their commissioning.
