Landmark owner recently went to Akwa Ibom to secure a lot on the ibeano beach.

He is banking on the same coastal road the will cut travel time between Lagos and Uyo to 6hrs.

Note that the road will come with a rail line in the middle thereby promoting ease of transport along Nigeria's 800km coast.
